PUBLIC EXHIBITION - Draft Operational Plan 2024-2025 - Parts 1 - 5

At its Ordinary meeting held 21 May 2024, Council resolved to place the Draft Operational Plan 2024-2025 (including Statement of Revenue, Budget and Fees and Charges) on public exhibition from 22 May 2024 to 19 June 2024.

These strategic documents are part of Council’s suite of Strategic Planning and Reporting documents. 

The Operational Plan sets out the actions that Council will undertake to deliver the activities in the four-year Delivery Program, and includes the Statement of Revenue, Budget and Fees and Charges.

Council invites members of the Uralla community to make submissions on the draft documents.

Submissions close 5:00pm on Wednesday, 19 June 2024.

Council is committed to openness and transparency in its decision-making processes. The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 requires Council to provide public access to information held unless there are overriding public interest considerations against disclosure. Any submissions received will be made publicly available unless the writer can demonstrate that the release of part or all the information would not be in the public interest. However, Council would be obliged to release information as required by court order or other specific law.
