Request for Quote - Sale of Industrial Land

At the 15 December 2022 Ordinary meeting Council resolved  52.12/22:

That Council:

1.   approve expenditure up to the amount in the report for the costs associated with marketing and commission, and

2.   authorise the General Manager to engage a suitable commercial property agent to list the Council owned industrial land at Rowan Avenue, Uralla for sale by expressions of interest as a whole, un-serviced, that enable the Council to consider any such offers including the value of investment, number of new jobs and/or development time frame that prospective purchases commit to delivering; and

3.  be provided with report(s) to consider the expressions of interest.

Council recently obtained an updated market appraisal.  This document will be shared with the agent selected by Council to market the property.

 

You are invited to submit a proposal for this work. The proposal should include:

  • Schedule of fees
  • Marketing Proposal – method and costs
  • Evidence of current Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance (currency certificates)
  • Real estate licence details
  • Capability statement – the agency and the agent’s experience and qualifications
  • Communication plan
