Purpose of the Request for Quote
Engage expert advice and independent facilitation to enable Council to appoint a General Manager on a one to five year contract and year one performance review.
Summary of requirement
Provide advice to the Council and undertake a national recruitment process for a General Manager (GM) with relevant experience. Facilitate the initial setting of performance goals for the General Manager and the initial mid-year and annual performance review (year 1) as required by the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) and regulations, the Office of Local Government Guidelines for the Appointment of Senior Executive 2022; and the Uralla Shire Council GM Performance Review Committee Charter.
