RFQ20-002 Refurbishment of Uralla Tigers Rugby League Club roof, kitchen, bar, fire and electrical system with the construction of an accessible amenities building
Uralla Shire Council seeks to engage suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out any of the following individual work packages:
- Supply, install and commission an accessible amenities building with one accessible parking bay and connecting footpaths that complies with the Disability Standards 2010
- Supply and install kitchen upgrades including windows, shutters, stainless steel bench tops, cupboards and new appliances
- Upgrade the electrical main switchboard, carry out electrical repairs and LED lighting upgrade
- Design, supply and install fire and safety equipment
- Roof and gutter repairs with a new awning between new accessible amenities and existing building
- Rendering and painting of Bar Area
Inspection of the site with Council’s Asset Manager is required prior to quote submission. Appointments for inspections may be made by calling Council on (02) 6778 6300.
Submitted quotes should:
- Provide details of relevant experience and examples from other projects, and
- Indicate any inputs or resources required from Council, and
- Provide a list of deliverables.
All works must be complete by 30 June 2020.
