Public Exhibition: Gravel road upgrades prioritisation

Uralla Shire Council invites submissions from the community on Council’s gravel road upgrades prioritisation and nominations for candidate projects.

At its Ordinary Meeting held 27 May 2021, Council approved funding for upgrades to Old Gostwyck Road, Corey Road, and Hariet Gully Road.

Subject to additional grant funding, Council has prioritised gravel roads upgrades to sealed roads prioritisation for subsequent years as Gostwyck Road (14.9 to 16.9 km), Bendemeer Road (0.5 to 2.5 km), Gostwyck Road (16.9 to 19.0 km), and Williams Road (0.2 to 2.0 km.)

Council invites submissions for its future gravel road upgrades as well as nominations for other road candidate projects for investigation.

Members of the community are invited to comment on the list of candidate projects above or to nominate additional candidate projects for investigation.

Submissions can be made either through the online submission form or in writing.
