Council will hold a developer information session at the Uralla Memorial Hall on Wednesday, 1 June 2022 at 5:00pm.
Topics on the agenda will include:
- BCA amendments and implications;
- Installation certificates;
- EP&A Regulation 2021;
- Fees and charges;
- Heritage conservation and disability access
- Requirements for pre-DA meetings and other service review changes; and
- Any other matters nominated by attendees 5 working days prior to the event.
All those involved in the construction of new developments are encouraged to attend.

Attendees wishing to nominate topics for the agenda must do so in writing to council@uralla.nsw.gov.au by 5:00pm, Tuesday 24 May 2022.
