Each year residents within the Uralla Shire Council Local Government Area are invited to nominate fellow citizens for the Australia Day Awards. The aim of the awards is to recognise outstanding contributions to the local community in 2024 and/or contribution to the local community over a number of years.
This year we have started our on-line nomination form along with a hard copy form. You can find your on-line nomination form here, or pick up your hard copy from anyone of Council’s locations: including the Library, the Visitor Information Centre or Main Admin Building, McMaugh Gardens, Tablelands Community Centre. We are also dropping some hard copies to the schools and general stores in the Shire. Don’t wait get your nomination in now. Nominations close 16 December 2024.
