Project Launch - Hosted by UNE and supported by Uralla Shire Council

Upland Wetlands play a vital part in providing habitat for many plants and animals, including migratory birds, fish, frogs and reptiles. Upland Wetlands are listed under NSW law as an Endangered Ecological Community. The long term health of Upland Wetlands requires help from everyone, including ecologists, land owners and the community.

As part of World Wetlands Day, you are invited to attend the project launch hosted by UNE to learn more about how you can help manage Uralla’s beautiful upland wetlands.

The event will be held from 5:00-9:00pm at the Racecourse Lagoon, Racecourse Road, Uralla on Saturday 22 February.
