Community Strategic Plan
We're updating our community plan!
Every four years, Uralla Shire Council checks in with our community to make sure our Community Strategic Plan (CSP) still reflects your needs, priorities, and vision for the future.
In 2022, you shared your ideas about how we can make Uralla Shire even better. Now, as a new Council term begins, we want to ensure your vision is still on track. You can help by completing our quick online survey here: Community Strategic Plan Survey
Council staff will also be out in the community asking for your thoughts in a short face-to-face survey.
About the Community Strategic Plan
The CSP is a key part of the NSW Government’s Integrated Planning and Reporting (IPR) framework. This framework helps councils plan clearly and openly, turning the community’s long-term goals into practical actions – the day-to-day work of Council. The CSP guides our four-year Delivery Program, yearly Operational Plans, and related budgets and strategies. This helps create a clear path for Council decisions and activities
