U15/292 Light Industrial Land Development Options and Marketing Strategies
Uralla Shire Council owns 4.89 ha of operational land Lot 14 DP 787477 (Cnr New England Highway and Rowan Avenue, Uralla), zoned under the LEP as In2. Council has resolved to progress subdivision and development of this land for light industrial uses, and require the services of a suitable consultant to advance development options and marketing strategies in accordance with the request for quotation document.

Replacement of Dividing Fence - 15 Hill Street Uralla
Council is inviting quotations for the replacement of the timber paling fence at 15 Hill Street Uralla. The current paling fence divides both side and rear boundaries of the Hill Street Units.
A “Pale Eucalypt” Colorbond fence 1500mm high approximately 110m in length with a single access gate at the rear of the property is to be provided in the quotation.
